About this Program

This program helps students acquire the values, knowledge and skills necessary to work with individuals and families to maintain their cultural identities while increasing their capacity to live and function successfully in two or more cultural environments. Graduates learn to work with communities to serve and nurture their members and to achieve a viable balance between community needs and available resources.
